    immersion In today s society which is based on a flexible family structure that favors a shared responsibility with men a lot of women aim to sail the sea of the labor market beyond the nuclear family of which they are an essential piece There are several reasons for them to do it to look for freedom financial independence individual appreciation and motivation to take up a postponed career or activity again among others In order to take care of their job their couple and their children women count on an exquisite intuition practical intelligence and sensitivity And such sensitivity is the gift that complements men s virtues However the labor participation of women in society is not a priority for every woman Many women focus on their role as mothers and devote completely to their families without doing any professional activity outside their houses At this point it is important to take a different approach and highlight that women manage a company called HOME That company requires financial organization schedules specific activities education tolerance team integration spirit of service knowledge motivation and passion among others The problem is that society does not value this important task since it is assumed that being a mother and the family axis is practically a requirement acquired by women for the sole fact that they are such and that this task should not be paid as any other activity Today s women act and develop in an environment that encourages the pursuit of new goals which is why many times they are torn between procreation and household management and the need for personal growth If they work they are torn between the guilt for spending less time with their families and the struggle to improve in a labor universe that demands complete attention
